When comparing the two street sports bikes, the king of the segment, KTM RC 390 simply leaves the upcoming Apache in the dust with its powerful engine, shorter gearing, low weight and insane acceleration. The KTM RC390 feels highly spirited and the low weight helps keep the bike peppy. Cornering on the track, the RC 390 feels sharp and agile with easy shifting from one side to the other.

What works in the Apache’s favour is its not-so-track-dedicated approach. The design of the KTM RC 390 is similar to that of its sibling adhering to minor changes like the body coloured frame, different liveries and body coloured alloy wheels. The twin projector headlamps in the front house ring-type daytime running lights (DRLs). There’s a backlit digital instrument cluster providing the rider with all the necessary info. What the RC 200 lacks, the RC 390 makes up for it well when faired against the Apache RR 310S.

The Apache 310S’s design is more aesthetically appealing and what will appeal the most is the absence of unnecessary livery on the body. This enables the rider to customise the bike according to their taste. The twin projector headlamps feature daytime running lights (DRLs) and have HID bulbs for enhanced lighting.
