The Tata Zest Premio edition comes with a number of visual editions. It will be offered only on the diesel variant of the compact sedan. Tata has launched this limited edition to mark the sale of 85,000 units of Zest in India.
In order to mark the sale of 85,000 units of the Zest, Tata Motors has launched the Zest Premio special edition today. This special edition comes with a number of visual additions. This might help Tata further increase the sales of the Zest which otherwise are far from what its competitors enjoy. The Zest Premio comes with a total of 13 new features. The car went on sale starting from the 1st of March 2018.
Tata Zest Premio Special Edition: Price
The Zest Premio edition is only available on the diesel variant of the compact sedan. Prices start at INR 7.53 Lakh (ex-showroom). To put things in perspective, prices for the standard Zest fall in the range of INR 5.28 Lakh to 8.7 Lakh (ex-showroom).
Tata Zest Premio Special Edition: Features
The Zest Premio comes with a total of 13 new additions. It offers a dual-tone roof which comes in the glossy black finish. The exterior rearview mirrors get a piano black hue. Not only this but the Zest Premio will come in two new exterior paint scheme. These include Titanium Grey and Platinum Silver. Also, the cabin of this sedan will feature a tan finished mid pad on the dashboard. Not only this, there is new seat fabric with contrasting stitching and Premio logo. For infotainment, the special edition comes with Tata’s ConnectNext touchscreen infotainment system by HARMAN.

The list does not end here. The Premio edition comes with smoked multi-reflector headlamps. The bumper gets a piano black hood strip while a similar finish is given to the boot-lid as well. The wheels come with silver wheel covers. A piano black spoiler is also available as an optional extra.
Tata Zest Premio Special Edition: Engine Specifications
As mentioned, the Tata Zest Premio is only available in the diesel spec. This means that the compact sedan is powered by a 1.3-litre, 4-cylinder, Quadrajet CRDi engine. This motor is capable of producing 73 BHP along with 190 Nm of peak torque. The engine sends its power to the front wheels with the help of a 5-speed manual gearbox.
