However, judging by the spy shots of its test mule circulating on the internet, it seems that the new Santro’s exterior profile will take some inspiration from the Grand i10. Furthermore, the aesthetics will be based on Hyundai’s Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design scheme. At the front, the hatchback will get a large cascading grille with sweptback headlamps. Furthermore, top-spec versions will get LED daytime running lights.

Coming to the new Wagon R, with this generation update, it will continue to retain its tall-boy design. Going by the spy shots of the test mule, it seems that there is no change in terms of the vehicle’s overall silhouette. Expect the new Wagon R to come with an aggressive front fascia. We believe that the 2018 Wagon R could even take its design inspiration from the Suzuki Solio. This vehicle is currently on sale in Japan. And was recently seen testing on Indian roads.

Hyundai is known for making good quality interiors. We expect this streak to continue with the 2018 Santro as well. So far there is no concrete information regarding the cabin layout of the next-gen Santro. We expect Maruti to stick to a single tone colour scheme for the cabin. Likely to be primarily black in nature with several silver accents.
