Ford is planning to bring back the discontinued 1.0 Litre Ecoboost Engine on the new Titanium ‘S’ variant. Titanium S is rumoured to launch around May 2018 with Ford EcoSport Signature. Titanium S powered by Ecoboost will be the top variant of the EcoSport range.
Recently, a lot of pictures were leaked of the Ford EcoSport Titanium S variant. Titanium S will be on the top of the range with features like a sunroof, automatic climate control, reverse parking assist and more. In addition to the extra power, the EcoSport Titanium S will also feature a stiffer suspension setup similar to the previous EcoSport. But, there have been speculations that only one variant of EcoSport will have Ecoboost engine option.

The exact details of the engine specifications have not been announced yet, but Ford might offer it with 1.5 Litre 3-cylinder Petrol engine and 1.5 Litre 4-cylinder Diesel engine options. Also, it will get the 1.0 Litre Ecoboost engine. The 1.5 Litre Diesel engine produces 100 BHP worth power and the 1.5 Litre Dragon petrol engine produces 123 BHP worth power.
Titanium S will get new 17-inch alloy wheels with LED DRLs. It will have a slightly tweaked instrument cluster with a 4.2-inch floating infotainment screen and tyre pressure monitoring instrument. Also, Titanium S might come in a new Satin Orange colour. The expected launch date of the Titanium S is around May 2018. It will be higher than the current top-end variant by Rs 30,000. The car is expected to touch around Rs 12 Lakh, putting it in competition with Hyundai Creta.

The talks of EcoSport Signature Edition is going around and is expected to hit showrooms around the same time as the Titanium S. The Signature Edition will be based on the current top-end variant Titanium+ variant. It will be available with the 123hp, 1.5-litre Dragon petrol engine and the 100hp, 1.5-litre diesel motor. It will also get 17-inch alloy wheels with a different design, along with electronic stability control and hill-start assist. Additional equipment on this variant will include a rear spoiler, black inserts for the grille, headlamps and fog lamps.
