Check out more details of the upcoming SUVs.
The Volkswagen T-Cross compact SUV was recently teased by VW and has been spotted various times without much camouflage. For a long time, VW had a compact SUV pending. Most of the brands have their cars in this segment including Hyundai, Mahindra, Renault and more. Globally, the compact SUV goes by the name of T-Cross Breeze. Speculations say that the SUV might be unveiled in October, following the India launch in early 2019. In India, it would have similar features and mechanics as of the Polo GTI. Features like the Virtual Cockpit and more would come in this one too. Currently, the known SUVs in this segment are Hyundai Creta, Renault Duster and Nissan Terrano. While Creta has the largest share here, the T-Cross would find difficult to compete with it. In this article, we give more details of the upcoming SUV.

Volkswagen T-Cross – Expected Price
Price (ex-showroom) |

|
Given the expected specs, features and competition, Volkswagen will most likely place it in the range of Rs 9 Lakhs to Rs 13 Lakhs. Like the Polo, Volkswagen T-Cross will also emerge as a very competitive player. However, T-Cross will be a late entrant in this segment and is required to have all the latest safety features and technology for a proper competition.
Volkswagen T-Cross – Competition
Given the price, the T-Cross will compete with Hyundai Creta, Renault Duster, Nissan Terrano and the upcoming Jeep Renegade. This segment is currently developing and that too at a very alarming rate. So, Volkswagen has to ensure that T-Cross gets most of the features to give up the competition. If seen, Creta offers the highest number of features currently amongst the competitors.
