Datsun GO facelift and GO+ facelift are going to launch in India in October. Both the cars get a variety of feature upgrades. Also, the new-generation GO and GO+ get a whole new design makeover.
We reported recently that the Datsun GO facelift is going to launch in the festive season. Also, the hatchback has been spied a couple of times and the last detail we got to know was that it receives a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment. Now, the latest report by Car and Bike says that the Datsun GO facelift and GO+ facelift are launching in October, this year. It was recently showcased at the GIIAS 2018 and was first launched in Indonesia. These facelifts will be produced at their Chennai plant, where they were spotted many times. Finally, after 4 years, the hatchback gets a facelift.

The Facelift versions get exciting new features and major cosmetic upgrades!
The GO facelift will come with features such as a new 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a lockable glove box, USB port, a refreshed instrument panel with tachometer and MID and a much better dashboard. We expect rear parking sensors with a camera in the top-end variant, because of the availability of a touchscreen infotainment system.
With these features, it is surely going to get better. The feature list continues.
The GO and GO+ facelifts will get LED DRLs, ORVMs with turn indicators and a new set of alloy wheels. On the exterior, it gets a new front grille design, revised front and rear bumpers and will also get new colour schemes.

The safety features onboard will include Engine Immobilizer, Head Lamp Levelling Device, Central Locking, and standard dual-front airbags, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX Child Seat Mounts and rear parking sensors.
Mechanically, it will continue with the same 1.2 Litre three-cylinder petrol engine. This engine produces around 67 BHP of power and 104 Nm of torque.

Now remains the main factor; its price. We think that it might demand a little premium over the current price. The GO Facelift is most likely to be priced starting from Rs 4 Lakhs onwards. The GO+ facelift could start off at Rs 4.5 Lakhs onwards (all prices ex-showroom).
