Harley Davidson, the legendary American cruiser manufacturer has many bikes in its India lineup. The bikes range right from 750cc to 2000cc. However, in a developing market in India, HD has more plans for it. It recently revealed its future plans for India. In the upcoming launches list, it has plans to launch some motorcycles ranging between 250-500cc. It also plans around 4 bikes ranging between 500-1250cc. HD says that it plans to enter entry-level premium motorcycle segment, mainly to take on Royal Enfield. RE is the current leader of the cruiser and touring bikes department. So, here is one speculative rendering of Harley Davidson 250cc motorcycle.
So here we see is a rendering of a Harley Davidson 250cc motorcycle in a Flat-track motorcycle version. Flat Track motorcycles basically come with minimal body fairing and are made specifically for flat track racing. This concept is not familiar in the Indian market as of now.

The 250cc Flat-Track motorcycle comes with a flat-track unconventional frame with negligible bodywork. It also gets conventional telescopic forks, dual-exhaust muffler, rear tire hugger and a floating single seat. There seem to be LED headlights in the rendering but no tail lights. The alloy wheels seem to be from the Street 750 model.
Well, any bike without headlight or tail lights is illegal to drive on Indian roads. They can be ridden only for off-road and adventure purposes.

Harley Davidson is currently struggling to keep up with its expected sales. Due to its age-old styling, young riders are not getting influenced by the bikes these days. That is another reason that brings HD to the 250-500cc segment.
