The Indian two-wheeler manufacturer is mainly known for its best-selling commuter motorcycles. Hero Splendor is one of the most selling two-wheelers in India and has been on the top for many months. Meanwhile, in the scooter segment, it has a very average play.

In the scooter segment, Hero has a share of mere 10.42%, whereas Honda has a 60% share. The second position is taken by TVS and Hero plans to take that position. TVS has the much popular Jupiter and Ntorq, which help mainly for its sales.

It is around 2000 lesser than Access 125 and 5,000 lesser than the Activa 125. Mahindra Gusto is the cheapest one with a starting price of Rs 51,000.

The Destini 125 is priced starting at Rs 54,650 up to Rs 57,500. It gets a 125cc air-cooled engine that puts out 8.7 BHP on tap. The features onboard include side stand indicator, digi-analogue speedometer, boot lamp and charging port. However, it misses out on an optional disc brake.
