To avail maximum benefits of the festive season, Special Edition TVS Sport has been launched in India. The price of the special edition starts from Rs 40,088 (ex-showroom Delhi).
TVS Sport is the entry-level TVS bike and is also the cheapest one of the manufacturer. The Sport gets a new special edition variant on the occasion of the ongoing festive season. The prices of the special edition Sport start from Rs 40,188 (ex-showroom prices Delhi). The new edition gets some minor feature upgrades and visual upgrades. Other than that, the features and engine remain the same. The special edition is available with Kick Start Alloy wheels and Electric Start Alloy wheels variants.
The special edition TVS Sports gets a bigger seat and bigger pillion grab rail. Visual upgrades include a new set of decals, new side view mirrors and a 3D logo. Also, the special edition gets Synchronized Braking Technology (SBT), which is optional.

TVS Sport comes with a 99.7cc DURALIFE engine that puts out 7.4 BHP and 7.8 Nm of torque. For transmission, it uses a 4-speed constant mesh gearbox. It gets an option of either kickstart or kick start and electric start.
TVS claims that the Sport gives a whooping mileage figure of 95 kmpl. It gets a fuel tank of 10 litres with a reserve 2 Litres. The riding range on a full tank is approximately 1100 kms. That is a lot of fuel efficiency. For improving mileage, it also offers an Econo Meter. If you keep your speed till the Econo meter shows a green light, you can save a lot of fuel.

For suspension, the Sport uses telescopic forks in the front and a 5-step adjustable shock suspension in the rear. In the front, it uses a 130 mm drum brake and a 110 mm drum brake in the rear. The bike weighs 108.5 kgs in total.
Features onboard the electric start, All-time-on headlamps, sporty decals and a sporty instrument cluster. The prices of TVS Sport start from Rs 40,088 and up to Rs 46,919 (ex-showroom Delhi).

The TVS Sport competes with the likes of Hero Splendor and Bajaj Platina. Amongst its rivals, Sport is one of the best selling ones. The leader of its segment is Hero Splendor, which has sales of over 2 Lakh units every month.
