The prices of the Hyundai Venue will increase for the particular dual colour scheme

Hyundai Venue stands out from the SUVs in its segment with the split headlight design and to improve the looks of the car, the manufacturers will introduce a dual colour option to the SUV soon.

The dual colour options on the Hyundai Venue will stick to the top trims only which are 1.0-litre petrol and 1.4L diesel engine. This option is expected to come on the SX(O) trim available in petrol manual and diesel trim. The petrol SX+ trim which comes in automatic transmission will also receive this paint scheme.

The Venue is not the first to receive the dual tone treatment in its segment as Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, Ford Ecosport Thunder Edition and the popular Maruti Suzuki Brezza already get this treatment.

Also, with the introduction of the dual tone colour scheme on the Hyundai Venue, the prices for the same are expected to go up. It is expected to see an increase of Rs 15,000 from the regular single tone scheme. The prices of the Venue starts at Rs 6.5 lakh to Rs 11.12 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Hyundai Venue is offered in a total of three engine options – two petrol and one diesel engine. The oil burner is powered by a four cylinder, 1.4L turbocharged motor which churns out 89 bhp and a peak torque of 220 Nm. Transmission option sticks to a 6-speed manual gearbox.

The 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol motor makes 83 bhp with 115 Nm of peak torque. And the 1.4-lite turbo petrol motor generates a whopping 120 bhp on tap with a peak torque of 172 Nm. Transmission option sticks to 6-speed manual transmission for both petrol and turbo petrol and the latter also sees an option of 7-speed DCT gearbox.

Hyundai Venue also hosts loads of features like a large 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Bluetooth as connectivity features. It also gets features like an electric sunroof, air purifier, wireless charging and among others.

Safety features on the same includes six airbags, ABS with EBD, Vehicle Stability Management, High Speed Alert System, Seat Belt Reminders, Hill Assist Control, ISOFIX mount child seats and Rear Parking Sensors.
