Spotted in its final stages of production, the Tata Nexon Facelift is all set to be launched in December when the Nexon EV will be unveiled in India.
The safest car of India, Tata Nexon is set to get a new facelift launched soon. The sub-compact hatchback was launched back in 2017 and immediately gained attention with its quirky design and a stylish appearance.
The new Tata Nexon Facelift will get revisions to the front and rear bumper set with tweaked headlamps and LED DRLs. The front grille has remained camouflaged as of now, but mild changes can be made to that as well. Lastly, the latest spy shots also flaunt the new alloy wheel design.
Under the hood, the facelift will continue with the same 1.2 Litre turbo-petrol and 1.5 Litre turbo-diesel engines. We are expecting both the engines to be BS-6 compliant. To be noted that the same engines will come on the Tata Altroz as well.

The petrol unit will continue to produce 110 BHP and 170 Nm of torque. The diesel engine will also continue with 110 BHP and 270 Nm of peak torque. Transmission options will include a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 6-speed AT.
New features onboard could include refreshments to the touchscreen system, a new fully digital instrument console, new steering wheel and the possibility of a pre-installed electric sunroof on top-end variants. Although, Tata’s new customization package takes care of that.
At the same time, Tata is also going to unveil the electric Nexon. After making the Tigor open to the public, the Nexon EV will be the second one from the manufacturer. After that, Tata is also going to launch the Altroz EV.
