Going by the reports, Suzuki has discontinued the BS-4 version of Intruder 155 in India. The production has been stopped and leftover stocks will be sold.
Earlier this year, reports started coming in that Suzuki might discontinue the Intruder 155 owing to its poor sales. However, those reports were snubbed because the modern cruiser will pass the BS-6 emission norms.
Ahead of the launch, IAB reports that the production of BS-4 Intruder has been stopped. The BS-6 Suzuki Intruder is under development and we are expecting a launch very soon. To note, the 155cc engine also comes on Gixxer and Gixxer SF, which are now BS-6 compliant.
We are expecting the BS-6 Suzuki Intruder to get a mild facelift as well. We can expect some styling changes to make the cruiser look more attractive than ever. Going by the changes that came onboard the Gixxers, we are sure it will get full LED lights and an updated instrument console.

The new Gixxer and Gixxer SF get BS-6 compliant 154.9cc air-cooled engine, that produces 14 BHP at 8000 RPM and 14 Nm of torque at 6000 RPM, mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The same engine with the same figures will come on the new Intruder.
Rest of the cycle parts will remain the same. It will continue to be suspended by telescopic forks at the front and a mono-shock at the back. For braking, the cruiser will get disc brakes at both the end with single-channel ABS as standard.
Other than that, Suzuki is also planning for a quarter-litre Intruder soon. It will look a bit different than the Intruder 155 and will sport the new 250cc oil-cooled engine from the Gixxer 250 and SF 250. The engine produces 26.5 BHP and 22 Nm of peak torque.

With the introduction of Intruder 250 and its pricing near Rs 1.80 Lakhs (ex-showroom), it will compete against the likes of Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350, Bajaj Dominar, Jawa and Mahindra Mojo 300.
Also, Suzuki is planning for an affordable adventure motorcycle, that will focus on the entry-level segment. Running on the new 250cc engine, the new quarter-litre ADV will go against the likes of Royal Enfield Himalayan and Hero Xpulse 200.
