Ahead of the launch of the BS-6 Royal Enfield Classic 350, its prices are leaked. The new Classic gets mechanical changes, new styling and alloy wheels.
Royal Enfield dealerships have unofficially commenced the bookings for BS-6 Royal Enfield Classic 350. The booking amount has been set for Rs 10,000 and reportedly, the new Classic will debut this week itself.
Ahead of that, the prices of BS-6 Royal Enfield Classic 350 have been leaked. Reports suggest that the Classic will now start at Rs 1.67 Lakhs going up to Rs 1.80 Lakhs (ex-showroom prices).
Currently, its prices start at Rs 1.53 Lakhs up to Rs 1.66 Lakhs. The BS-6 version will demand a hike of nearly Rs 14,000, which is a significant jump. Further, there will be two new colours also added, which will be priced towards the higher end of the range.

The new Classic 350 will get Stealth Black and Chrome colour options. As RE has decided to discontinue the Classic 500, its colour options have now been transferred to Classic 350. The remaining colour options of Classic 350 including the Signals Edition will be continued.
Biggest upgrade that the BS-6 Classic 350 will get is a heavily revised 346cc air-cooled engine. It will get Fuel Injection as standard, which will slightly increase the fuel efficiency. The BS-6 upgrade is also expected to increase its power figures.
Mechanical upgrades will include revised frame and interchange in the position of the sprocket and the rear disc brakes setup. The new generation Royal Enfield motorcycles are believed to offer better handling and might be lighter too.

The new Classic, Thunderbird and Bullet will get the same upgrades. Other changes could include a new speedometer with MID, alloy wheels as an option, new tail lamp and headlamp design and the new Royal Enfield insignia.
