Bajaj dealerships have started receiving the BS6 Pulsar RS200. The bookings have also commenced and deliveries will commence next month.
We received an update from our dealership sources, a couple of days ago, that they have started getting BS6 Bajaj Pulsar RS200. Now the dealerships have been closed so the bookings and deliveries have been delayed, by atleast a month.
The deliveries of BS6 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 will now commence by the second week of April. Bajaj has shut down the production at its Chakan plant due to the coronavirus outbreak. The plant will remain closed till 31st March, as of now.
BS6 RS200 continues with the same 199.5cc liquid-cooled fuel-injected engine. In its BS6 avatar, the engine produces 24.14 BHP and 18.3 Nm of peak torque. In comparison to the BS4 version, the engine now produces 0.5 BHP and 0.3 Nm less.

Other than the updated engine, RS200 gets reflectors on both the front forks. There might be new colour options added along with the existing one. Currently, the motorcycle is available in three colours – Racing Red, Racing Blue and Graphite Black.
For suspension, it uses telescopic forks at the front and Nitrox monoshock at the back. Braking is handled by front and rear disc brake with dual-channel ABS as standard. Features onboard include twin projector headlamps, LED tail lamps, semi-digital instrument cluster and Fuel Injection.
The price of BS6 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 was leaked back in February itself. The bike now goes for Rs 1.43 Lakhs (ex-showroom), making it just Rs 2,000 costlier than the BS4 version. As of now, Bajaj has not made the price announcement or its launch official.

With this, Bajaj has updated most of its motorcycles with BS6 engines. The prices of the entire BS6 Pulsar range, Discover, Platina, Avenger and Dominar have been revealed. Bajaj was also going to launch the Dominar 250 in India this month, however, it stands delayed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
