Mercedes S-Class is one of the classiest and most premium cars that you can buy in the world. If it’s involved in an accident, it becomes a real shame because it is meant to be driven calmly and elegantly. Here’s one example of how the driver of this Mercedes drove it rashly and ended up losing his life.
This accident happened on Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Highway in Gujarat. The couple was travelling from Palanpur to Ahmedabad and the driver was high on speed. Suddenly, he lost control of his car and it went into a lake. The car instantly started drowning and since it is in water, the electronics started dysfunctioning and due to the pressure of water, the doors could not open.

The driver suddenly realized a way from which he could save himself and his wife. He quickly opened the sunroof and the couple then came on top of it. The villagers on seeing this could not help them properly. They sat on the sunroof for sometime but still could not be saved. They went down along with the car.
The couple did not know how to swim and they hoped they could find some help. The car was towed outside and the dead body of the man or driver was also found. The search for the wife’s body still continues. Many people have sympathized with the accident but has also condemned rash driving in any case.
In this case, the sunroof came in extremely help. If any one of them knew how to swim, both of them could have survived. However, having a sunroof has a lot of disadvantages in India. First of all, it may cause an accident or the person enjoying it might just bump into a branch. Also, in India’s hot climate, it is unfeasible because the glass will emit more heat and in turn get you to use more AC.
