Our dealership sources have confirmed that the base-spec Kia Sonet HTE Petrol variant will have the highest waiting period of up to 9 weeks.

Kia Sonet is all set to be launched in India today. Ahead of the commencement of sales, we got our hands on the waiting period of every single variant. The overall waiting period for Sonet ranges from 4 weeks to 9 weeks, depending on the variant you choose. The lowest period comes for the top-end trims, mostly with the Plus suffix. The mid-spec and base trims, are facing a far more waiting period.

The highest waiting period comes for the entry-level HTE petrol-manual variant, which is more than 2 months. Further, HTK and HTK Plus variants observe the comparatively lower waiting period of 6 to 7 weeks, approximately 2 months. This waiting period is completely based on the bookings done in the past few weeks. However, our dealership sources also confirm that GTX Plus, HTX Plus and HTK Plus variants are the most popular.
