MG Gloster is priced from Rs 29 Lakhs, making it another Value For Money Product from the manufacturer. It has now been launched in India as the prices are out. It is a long SUV with three rows and high-end off-roading technology. The prices of Gloster start off at Rs 29 Lakhs, which makes it at par with Toyota Fortuner and Endeavour. The top-end variant comes in a bit cheaper than the Fortuner itself. At this prices, MG has entered a very competitive market.

Gloster will come with two engine options, the former for the base-spec variants and the latter for top-end ones. The 2.0 Litre diesel engine comes in from MG Hector itself, producing 170 PS and 350 Nm. The newest addition is the 2.0 Litre twin-turbo diesel that produces 218 PS and 480 Nm. Both the engines come paired with an 8-speed torque converter.

MG Gloster – Mileage
Taking the fuel tank capacity in mind, the total driving range that will be offered will be more than 600 kilometres atleast. The ARAI-claimed figures are not out yet, but in our road test review, Gloster gave us an approximate of 9-10 kmpl including a mixture of heavy city traffic and highway cruising.

Bookings And Deliveries
The bookings have commenced online as well as their dealerships for a token amount of Rs 1,00,000. As the bookings were started prior to the launch, we are expecting the deliveries to commence in a week or two from today.
