Tata is about to launch the Tiago NRG with updated specs and other details. Tiago is a very popular hatchback from Tata and contributes greatly towards the overall sales of the carmaker. Tiago competes in a crowded space with extremely popular products like Maruti Suzuki Swift. The NRG variant of the Tiago will be positioned as the mid-spec trim. While the official launch is planned for August 4, the hatchback has started arriving at the dealerships. The video explains the details and features of this facelifted Tiago. Tata Tiago NRG – Updated Specs and Details
There are quite a few welcome changes in the updated Tiago NRG. These include things like a Push Button Start/Stop Function, New Design of the Wheel Covers, New Green Paint Scheme, Blacked Out Roof, Redesigned Bumper, Body Cladding and Skid Plates give it a sporty outlook, Blacked Out B and C-Pillars represent a modern design language, Electrically Adjustable ORVMs, Faux Silver Rear Skid Plates and a Reverse Parking Camera to enhance the practicality of the car. All these features will accentuate the exteriors of the hatchback. These design elements will also differentiate this facelifted version from the outgoing model.

Features on the inside include Steering Mounted Audio Controls, a 7-inch Infotainment Display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, iRA Connected Car Tech App from Tata Motors, Manual Climate Control, Digital Driver’s Instrument Cluster, New Upholstery, Height Adjustable Driver Seat, Black Inserts on the 3-spoke Steering Wheel, Decent Audio System and a few updated bits in various parts of the cabin. The boot lid gets a request sensor as well. Being a Tata, it will also come with plenty of modern safety equipment making it one of the safer cars in the segment. Decent ground clearance of 180 mm makes it one of the most practical cars in comparison to its rivals.

Powertrain
The Tata Tiago NRG will come with a BS6 compliant 1.2-litre petrol engine making 84 hp and 113 Nm of peak power and torque respectively. The gearbox options include a 5-speed manual or an AMT transmission. The expected prices of the Tata Tiago NRG with updated specs, features and other details will range between Rs 7.50 lakh to Rs 8.50 lakh, ex-showroom. Tata is expanding its portfolio by introducing various new versions of the existing models. Tata aims to reach a 10% market share in our industry by the end of 2022.
