Skoda Kushaq Buyer Wants Early Delivery For Marriage, Zac Hollis Intervenes

Launched in June-end, the Skoda Kushaq seems to have been a huge step in the positive direction by Skoda Auto India. The C-SUV has already garnered over 6,000 bookings and as a result, even the waiting period has started soaring. In such a scenario, many buyers will have to wait for at least a few weeks to get their hands on their new vehicle. One such customer recently tagged Zac Hollis, Director, Sales, Service and Marketing, Skoda Auto India in a post on Facebook to request him for early delivery of the vehicle. His request is on the basis of a marriage function in the family wherein he looks forward to using his new SUV.

He writes that there is a marriage happening in the family on August 14 and it would be “really really really helpful” of Zac Hollis to get his Kushaq delivered before that. Now, the head honcho at Skoda Auto India has been pretty active on social media and no sooner was he tagged in the above post, he replied with his mail address and asked the customer to drop him an e-mail about this. We feel that this is a pretty great gesture from Zac Hollis. The Czech brand has mostly suffered from the lack of a customer-oriented behaviour but things seem to be taking a U-turn with Zac Hollis in the driving seat. This is certainly not the first time he has tried to enhance the customers’ ownership experience and we’re sure it won’t be the last.
