Skoda Kushaq Owner Demands ‘Buyback’ of His Car in Just 10 Days

A Skoda Kushaq owner has asked the company to buy back his car due to numerous problems. The Kushaq is a mid-size SUV that was launched recently by the Czech carmaker. Rivalling the likes of Creta, Seltos, Harrier and Hector, Kushaq marks the beginning of Skoda’s future journey in our country. This is because the Kushaq, in a way, breaks away from the past Skoda products as it is developed anew from the ground up. This includes a brand new MQB A0 IN platform, which will be the foundation for a lot of future Skoda vehicles to come. With the Kushaq, Skoda has also been able to achieve around 95% localization driving the costs of manufacturing and maintenance down significantly. Skoda also worked on expanding its touchpoints including dealership showrooms and service centres. However, a Kushaq owner recently wrote to Skoda to buy back his new SUV. Here are the details!

Kushaq Owner Asks Skoda To Buy Back His Car

The owner posted his complaint on the Facebook page, Skoda KUSHAQ Club India. He has listed quite a few issues with his brand new Kushaq. He had bought the 1.0-litre TSI automatic just 10 days ago. The car stopped in the middle of the road and had to be towed away to the service centre in South Delhi. The engine of the car is still not working, which is bizarre. He also mentions the problem with the braking. Then he is facing issues with the AC of the car. The cooling is not as effective as it should be. He also mentions something about the noise problem in his car along with vibrations. Although it might just be the typical 3-cylinder rattle that the owner has not had experience with. Lastly, he alleges that the 24×7 customer care service is not responding to his calls. Having listed all these problems, the Kushaq owner asks Skoda to buy back his car.
