Here is the first-ever Mahindra Bolero Neo with massive 17-inch aftermarket alloys. The Bolero Neo was launched earlier this year and is an upgraded version of the veteran Bolero SUV. It replaced the TUV300 and carried the Bolero moniker forward for establishing a great connection with the Bolero loyal customers. This is because Bolero is the highest-selling SUV by Mahindra month on month. The SUV garners attraction from the large semi-urban and rural population of the country due to its hardcore nature, strong and rugged built and high practicality and utilitarian aspect. It is also not uncommon for people to get their Boleros modified with aftermarket components. On one such occasion, a Mahindra Bolero Neo owner upgrade his SUV with stylish 17-inch alloys. As is clear from the images on Instagram, the Bolero Neo is equipped with 15-spoke 17-inch alloys which give a distinct character to the SUV. The alloy wheel design gels well with the rugged and hardcore exterior look of the SUV. The side profile is greatly enhanced by these alloys. The black strip running on from the front fender all the way to the tail lamps represents a utilitarian design choice. The squared-off wheel arches ensure that you don’t mistake this SUV for anything else. This alloy wheel design helps accentuate all the elements of the SUV which make it a Bolero. Mahindra Bolero Neo Alloys

These alloy wheels are designed by Plati, which is one of the biggest aftermarket alloy manufacturers in the country. It makes alloy wheels for all sorts of vehicles. Now, it isn’t necessary that Plati had designed these specifically for the Bolero Neo but these do like apt on the SUV nevertheless.

Specs

The Bolero Neo comes with a 1.5-litre mHawk diesel engine making 100 hp and 260 Nm of peak power and torque respectively. This engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The ladder-frame SUV comes with a rear-wheel-drive system and multi-terrain technology. An optional N10 (O) variant with Manual Lock Differential will come at a later stage. The prices of the Bolero Neo start at Rs 8.48 lakh for the N4 trim and go all the way up to Rs 10.69 lakh, ex-showroom for the N10 trim.
