Here is the reply of a happy Tata Safari owner to the harassed Safari owner. There has been a lot of buzz around the video from a YouTuber who was scammed by Dada Motors, Ludhiana. He was given a different car than promised and then slapped with a legal notice by Tata Motors. He has uploaded quite a few videos on YouTube stating his side of the story. Another YouTuber, who is a happy customer of Tata Safari replies to his videos with a video of his own. Now, the image of Tata Motors is being tarnished a bit through these incidents. Here are the details of the entire saga.

Happy Tata Safari Owner Replies To Harassed Safari Owner
The YouTuber agrees with the first video that the harassed Safari owner made. He sympathizes with the aggrieved customer and acknowledges that he has been scammed by the dealership. The car swapping involved clearly spells malice intention of the dealer. Additionally, the dealership didn’t give the second key to the owner and lied about not receiving it from the company. The Safari owner had to suffer a lot of mental harassment. The other Safari owner agrees with all these points and suggests the other owner to lodge an FIR against the dealership to get it cancelled. However, Tata Motors doesn’t seem to do that although there have been similar instances of fraud against the same dealership in the past as well.

On the other hand, the happy Safari owner doesn’t agree with the second video of the other Safari owner. In that video, the latter questioned the company’s operations and criticizes the Make in India initiative as well. He claims that the parts used in Safari are not the best because there are many vendors involved which compromise the quality of the components. However, the former Safari owner tells that all the carmakers outsource their components to various other small vendors and that is how a car is manufactured. There is nothing wrong with that. He drove the point home by telling the viewers that he is currently on a tour around Himachal Pradesh in tough terrains and has not faced any problems with the SUV. So, criticizing the quality of the SUV is not right according to him.
