Tata Motors offer is willing to pay compensation to the harassed Safari owner if he gives them in writing that he doesn’t have an issue with the company. In the latest development of the case of Dada Motors Ludhiana, an interesting turn of events has happened. We have been covering the happenings of this case since the very beginning. The Safari owner has opened a YouTube channel where he uploaded videos explaining the struggle he was going through and the scams that he faced by the Tata dealership. Those went viral and took Tata Motors by surprise and forced it to act. After a lot of back and forth with the dealership and Tata Motors, there was no resolution to the matter. He decided to make his YouTube channel a platform where such car owners who have been scammed by the dealerships can voice their concerns. This will ensure that big car companies take cognizance of what is happening on the ground level and take the necessary action to provide a reasonable solution to the parties involved.

Tata Motors Offer Safari Owner Compensation
According to the Safari owner, Tata is offering him compensation if he could give them in writing that he doesn’t have any problem with the company or dealership. In fact, Tata officials have managed to get the loan cancelled and even the EMIs he had paid until now have also started to get refunded to his account without his consent. HDFC bank officials are also confused as to how the dealership has been able to do this.

However, the Safari owner has made it clear that he doesn’t want any compensation. If something like that happens, he will donate it to an NGO. Interestingly, the FIR complaint has been pending because of political pressure. This is a classic case of big companies and influential people (Dada Motors Dealership) asserting their authority and abusing their power to crush a customer without any fault of his.

We sincerely hope that this matter gets resolved before things turn ugly. There were too many scams and frauds not just with this particular customer by Dada Motors but also to other customers in the past. This dealership has always been notorious regarding these things. However, it is the image of Tata Motors that is getting dragged in the mud. Therefore, after looking at the evidence and proofs of various customers, Tata Motors should cancel this dealership altogether. There is no point in not doing so.
