In the fourth part of the video, the harassed Tata Safari owner hints at the threats he has received from the dealer. That is the reason why he has decided not to publicly speak about his matter. He had opened a YouTube channel as a platform for similar aggrieved car owners who wish to speak up against the struggles they are facing from the crooked dealerships. He has decided to focus on other issues instead of his own. However, he assures that he will keep pursuing his case legally on the side. But he will help the other people in guiding them what to. The end goal is to improve the customer experience which some carmakers are not striving for. This Safari owner has taken it upon himself to give the harassed customers a voice to express themselves.

Harassed Safari Owner Releases Final Video
We had earlier reported the updates of this case as and when something came up. The Safari owner has already put out 3 videos regarding the same. However, no resolution has been reached so far. He has decided to make the 4th video announcing that he has lost, in a way. There has been political pressure on him and he is not supposed to discuss his case in public anymore. He is seeking some political support from his viewers to give a befitting reply to the dealership. He mentions that Tata Motors should come in his support to take strict action against Dada Motors Ludhiana. Tata Motors should cancel this dealership to set a precedent so that the overall customer service experience could be ensured. Whether or not Tata Motors will come to support this customer remains to be seen.

Dada Motors was under the scanner for being involved in a scam prior to this as well. It is surprising to see that Tata Motors has not taken any action against this particular dealer. The Safari owner states that the dealer has a high level of political backing which is why it has the audacity to take its customers for a spin without having to worry about the rules and regulations. However, Tata Motors must understand that ultimately their image is at stake here. If people come to learn about such things, they will boycott the Tata products. The company stands to lose its business with such incidents. Hence, it should make sure that sense and justice prevail here and the culprits are punished appropriately.
