The prices of the Royal Enfield Classic 500 ABS have been leaked. Also, with this, the deliveries for the bike have started across various dealerships. After the Classic 350 Signals and Himalayan, the Classic 500 is the third bike to get this safety feature.
The Royal Enfield Classic Signals 350 was the first RE bike to feature an ABS variant. At the launch, Royal Enfield confirmed that slowly every bike in the lineup will get ABS. Last week, the Royal Enfield Himalayan got ABS and was priced a bit more at Rs 1.79 Lakhs. Now, silently, it has launched the Royal Enfield Classic 500 ABS. The third in the line gets a dual-channel ABS. However, the ABS variant will come only in 2 color options – Stealth Black and Desert Storm. For the rest of the colors, the ABS feature will come later. The prices of the Royal Enfield Classic 500 ABS are out and CarandBike reports it to be priced at Rs 2.10 Lakhs (ex-showroom Mumbai). It is priced around 15,000 more than the price of non-ABS classic 500.

The Classic 500 comes in total 7 color options. These include Squadron Blue, Desert Storm, Battle Green, Classic Black, Chrome Graphite, Classic Black and the latest, Stealth Black. These are basically different variants and are priced differently. The costliest one is the Classic Chrome series, which is priced at Rs 1.96 Lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi).
The price of the Classic 500 ABS might sound a bit too steep. The Himalayan ABS was priced around Rs 10-12,000 more than the non-ABS Himalayan. But here, the ABS variant is priced around Rs 15,000 more. Since now it crosses the price of Rs 2 Lakhs, it is a bit overpriced.
