This premium hatchback from Honda recently received a mid-life update.
With this update, contrary to the expectations, it received some minor feature upgrades and improvement to its safety equipment list.

Honda Jazz 2018- Price In India
The 2018 Honda Jazz starts at a base price of INR 7.35 lakh for the manual petrol variant.
The top of the line CVT petrol variant will retail at INR 8.99 lakh.
The base diesel variant is going to cost INR 8.05 lakh to own.
While the top of the line diesel trim will sell at INR 9.29 lakh. These prices are ex-showroom.

The Jazz continues to come with the same set of petrol and diesel engines.
The petrol variants are going to get the same 1.2-litre, an i-VTEC motor capable of churning out 88 BHP of power along with 110Nm of peak torque.
The diesel derivatives are going to get the same 1.5-litre i-DTEC unit producing 99 BHP along with 200 NM of peak torque.
As standard, the petrol derivatives are going to get a 5-speed manual gearbox while the diesel variants are going to get a 6-speed manual unit.
The petrol variants will get an addition CVT transmission in their line-up as well.

Honda Jazz 2018- Mileage
Since there is no change in the mechanicals of the car, the fuel efficiency remains almost the same as before.
For the petrol derivative, the fuel efficiency number stands at 18.8 km/l for the manual version and 19 km/l for the CVT version.
Coming to the diesel derivative, it will promise a mileage number of 27.3 km/l.
Honda Jazz 2018 Facelift- Dimensions
With the 2018 update, the dimensions of the Jazz remains unchanged.
It continues to measure 3,955 mm in length, 1,694 mm in width and sporting a height of 1,544 mm.
The premium hatchback comes with a wheelbase of 2,530 mm along with aground clearance that stands at 165 mm.
Furthermore, the car comes with a class leading boot capacity of 354-litres.

The 2018 update given to the Jazz is all about upgrading it in terms of its features.
This premium hatchback already had an impressive kit.

The 2018 iteration of the Honda Jazz comes with several safety features as standard.

For the 2018 update, Honda has streamlined the variants of this hatchback.
The Jazz is now available in just three variants.
These are the S, V and VX.

Honda Jazz 2018- Exterior Design Review
The exterior design of the new Jazz looks exactly similar to the older model.
There are no big changes done. We were expecting Honda to introduce a new grille design, new bumpers and also a set of new alloy wheels.
But it seems that the Indian market is not going to get any of the updates the Euro Spec car gets.
One of the major reason cited for this is that with the new bumper design, the car would have exceeded the 4-meter mark.
The only new bits added to the exterior of the car are new tail-lamps (only on the range-topping models), chrome door handles and two new exterior paint schemes.

Honda Jazz 2018- Review Interior
Just like the exterior profile of the Jazz, the cabin layout of this hatchback remains the same as before.
The cabin comes with a dual-tone colour scheme of black and beige.
The material quality is quite good and the levels of comfort remain the same as before as well. as mentioned before, Honda has removed the magic seats, the split rear seats which allowed users to make a number of different permutations and combinations with them. Hence offering a very practical experience.
