Honda has launched the Forza 300 Maxi scooter in India at an undisclosed amount. The scooter is sold in India through the CBU route.
Honda has silently commenced the deliveries of Forza 300 in India. It is a pure maxi-scooter, which are made for long rides and come with big capacity engines. Till now, four deliveries of the scooter have already been made.
Honda Forza 300 Maxi scooter is the costliest scooter we have in India. It will be sold through the Big Wing premium two-wheeler dealerships. Further details about the price and waiting period are awaited.
Honda Forza could be priced as high as Rs 8 Lakhs, questioning its recognition in the Indian market. Would you buy a 300cc maxi-scooter or pay a marginal premium and go for the Triumph Street Twin or the Kawasaki Ninja 650?

Forza 300 uses a 279cc liquid-cooled fuel-injected engine, that produces 25 BHP and 27.2 Nm of peak torque. It also gets Variable Valve Timing and Selectable Torque Control, for performance aids to the scooter.
Suspension is handled by 33mm telescopic forks at the front and twin rear shock absorbers at the back, with 7-step pre-load adjustability. Disc brakes at both the ends with a dual-channel ABS come as standard fitment. For additional safety, it also gets the traction control system.
Features onboard include an electrically adjustable windscreen, large boot for two helmets, USB charging slot, LED headlamps, LED taillights, a twin-pod instrument console with a large MID in between, a single step up seat, dedicated floorboard and much more.

But for a price of nearly Rs 8-9 Lakhs will make it much out of budget for a regular buyer. Meanwhile, Suzuki and Yamaha are also planning to bring maxi-scooters soon, that will be for the masses. Burgman-Street is a semi-maxi scooter and is likely to get an elder brother soon.
