Audi facelifted the RS 4 Avant in 2019 but it’s wasted no time in bringing out a limited edition ‘Bronze Edition’ version that adds extra equipment as standard and some cosmetic tweaks. Only 25 examples of the RS 4 Avant Bronze Edition will be made, each costing £82,395.
Exterior details which mark the Bronze Edition out from a standard RS 4 Avant are the 20-inch bronze alloy wheels, matte carbon lip spoiler and rear diffuser. The Vesuvius Grey paint is exclusive to the Bronze Edition, too.
The interior features Audi’s latest 10.1-inch touchscreen as well as an upgraded version of the car’s Bang & Olufsen audio system. There’s also bronze stitching on the leather sport seats, steering wheel and gear lever gaiter.
The 2.9-litre turbocharged V6 engine produces the same 444bhp and 600Nm of torque as in the standard RS4 Avant, which results in a 0-62mph of 4.1 seconds and a 155mph top speed. Power is sent to all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission. An RS sports exhaust (usually a £1,250 optional extra) is added as standard to the Bronze Edition.
Deliveries of the RS 4 Avant Bronze Edition to Audi dealerships will begin next month.
