Talking about the length wise, Honda WRV is the biggest one in its class. Although, it is not exactly a sub compact SUV but rather a crossover. Its price range and high ground clearance puts it in the league with other sub compact SUVs. The second in line in EcoSport followed by all the others with same length.

In terms of width of the SUV, Mahindra XUV300 comes out as the clear winner. That also shows that XUV300 is the best in terms of cabin comfort. The smallest ones in the class will be Honda WRV and Ford EcoSport. Compared to the XUV300, both of them are more than 50mm less wider.

Ford Ecosport is naturally the tallest SUV in its class, with a height of 1640mm. The shortest one in this class is WRV, again, obviously. Coming on to the wheeklbase, XUV300 has the longest wheelbase of 2600mm, followed by Honda WRV. The shortest one in this category is the Nexon.

The last segment in this list is the boot space which Tata Nexon, Ford Ecosport and Hyundai Venue offer the most. In comparison, the boot capacity of XUV300 is the least down by almost 100 litres when compared against Ecosport. So, technically, all SUVs are either wider or longer or such, but the most balanced of all remains the Tata Nexon.
