This Maruti Suzuki Gypsy was one of the first vehicles the actor had bought when he started his career with modelling and now, it has been donated to an Animal non-profit organization named Animal Matter To Me (AMTM).
There are many popular auto enthusiasts within the Bollywood industry but John Abraham is arguably the most popular of them. His love for superbikes is no secret to anybody, but the Bollywood actor also has a few humble set of wheels in his garage. And that even included a Maruti Suzuki Gypsy 4×4. John Abraham has now donated his prized Maruti Suzuki Gypsy to an animal non-profit organisation – Animal Matter To Me (AMTM) India.
AMTM took to social media to announce this event where they said that the 4×4 SUV will be used at its animal sanctuary in Kolad, Maharashtra, for rescue operations and medical logistics from Mumbai To Kolad and vice versa. Thanking John Abraham in their post, AMTM said, “(For) last 5 years he has been a rock-solid support of AMTM India. His kindness continues.” The post further added, “We are super grateful for his kindness as always and we will do our best in the coming years.”
Animal Matter To Me is a non-profit organization that was founded by Mumbai-based philanthropist, Ganesh Nayak. The organization primarily works for the welfare of stray and abandoned animals, birds and even reptiles. In these times of the Covid-19 pandemic, the organization has intensified their food drive for stray animals who have been heavily affected by the lockdowns.

John Abraham is an animal lover himself and he has been sporting the organization for a few years now. His gesture of donating his car for the benefit of the organization was indeed a very kind one. This Maruti Suzuki Gypsy was in fact one of the first vehicles he had bought when he started his career with modelling years ago. This Gypsy must have been quite special for the actor. He even used it quite regularly.

Having kept this vehicle for so many years and then letting it go sure must have been quite tough. It however went for a good cause. That said, the Bollywood actor’s garage is adorned with numerous other exotic cars. These include the Lamborghini Gallardo, Audi Q7 and the Nissan GT-R among several others. John’s superbike collection is even more special with motorcycles such as the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R, Aprilia RSV4 RF, Yamaha – the YFZ-R1, Ducati Panigale V4, MV Agusta F3 800, and even the Yamaha Vmax.
