India Yamaha Motor has announced the prices of the new Fascino 125 FI Hybrid. While the regular Fascino has been in our market since the end of 2019, the hybrid is relatively new. Yamaha had decided earlier to stay in the 125 cc market as the 110 cc market was getting too crowded. Following that decision, it has introduced this hybrid powertrain which is aimed at future needs. The retro-themed Scooter is the only hybrid-powered offering in our market. Here are the details of the Fascino 125 FI hybrid.

Yamaha Fascino 125 FI Hybrid – Specs
The retro scooter comes with a 125 cc blue core engine belting out a maximum of 8.2 PS @ 6500 RPM power and 10.3 Nm @ 5000 RPM torque. These are some healthy figures along with features like Side Stand Engine Cut Off Switch for improved efficiency. It also has a Smart Motor Generator System which acts as an electric motor. It powers the scooter from the stop reducing the wobbling effect at the start of the ride.

Features and Prices
Yamaha has equipped the Fascino with all the modern features. To start off, the looks of the Fascino are fascinating because it strikes a perfect balance between retro and modern elements. Other features include Bluetooth Connectivity for the Yamaha Motorcycle Connect X App for enhanced convenience, LED Headlamps, DLRs, LED Taillamps and Digital Instrumentation. All these conveniences lend a modern appeal to the Fascino.

The prices of the Yamaha Fascino 125 FI Hybrid depend on the model you opt for: one with the disc brakes and the other with drum brakes. The one with the disc brake costs Rs 76,530 and the drum brakes-equipped version costs Rs 70,000, ex-showroom. Meanwhile, the Honda Activa 125 costs higher at Rs 72,637 – Rs 79,760. The colours on offer for the model with disc brakes include Vivid Red Special, Matt Black Special, Cool Blue, Metallic, Dark Matt Blue, Suave Copper, Yellow Cocktail, Cyan Blue, Vivid Red and Metallic Black. The model with drum brakes comes in Vivid Red, Cool Blue Metallic, Yellow Cocktail, Dark, Matt Blue, Suave Copper, Cyan Blue, and Metallic Black colours.
