New Toyota Innova Crysta 2017 Features
The Innova Crysta is currently available in five trims- E, G, GX, VX and ZX trims. Out of these, the E and the G trims are made on order. All the trims will be carried over to the new model. The VX and ZX trims will get LED fog-lamps, while the G trim will get Rear AC. The GX trim will receive arm rest for the rear seat and a cup holder at the rear in 8-seats variant.The VX MT trim will receive a new infotainment unit with satellite navigation. The VX manual trim will even get additional features in the form of VSC, TRC and HAX. The Touring Sport will get push button start/stop along with a 6-speed manual transmission in place of the 5-speed unit for the petrol engine.

The Toyota Innova Crysta has been available with two Diesel engiens – a 2.4-litre turbocharged, four-cylinder unit and a 2.8-litre, turbocharged four-cylinder motor. While the smaller of these engines outputs 150 PS, the 2.8-litre unit produces 174 PS. Peak torque is rated at 343 Nm and 360 Nm for the 2.4-litre and 2.8-litre engines respectively. While the 2.4-litre engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission, the 2.8-litre unit gets a 6-speed automatic.

The new Toyota Innova Crysta 2017 petrol model comes with a 2.7-litre Dual VVT-i petrol engine. This motor is available with a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission. For the updated 2017 model, the car will come with a 6-speed manual unit for the Touring Sport edition. other than this, there has been no change in the specifications. The VVTi-equipped petrol engine continues to produce a maximum power of 166 PS and a peak torque of 245 Nm.

There has been no change in the mileage of the Crysta. While the 2.4-litre Diesel engine offers a max. mileage of 15.10 KMPL, the 2.8-litre unit offers up to 14.29 KMPL. The 2.7-litre petrol engine offers around 9.89 KMPL with the manual transmission and around 10.83 KMPL for the automatic.
