Baleno gets a 1.2 Litre four-cylinder engine with Smart-Hybrid technology, producing 88 BHP and 113 Nm of peak torque. A 5-speed manual gearbox is standard on both, while the Baleno additionally gets a CVT as well. Altroz is also going to get an automatic gearbox soon, likely a 7-speed DCT unit.
