Going for the top-end variants of Kia Seltos, it comes with many safety features. The list includes six airbags, ABS with EBD, traction control, front and rear parking sensors, 360-degree view camera and Blind View Monitor. All these highlights definitely make it safer but later, it all comes down to the quality of components used.
Here is an accident where a speeding Kia Seltos hit the divider. The accident happened in Punjab and during the night. By the impact, the speed was definitely higher for the city limits. The driver lost control and ended up crashing in a divider. However, due to the speed, the car turtled immediately.

The owner/driver was safe and walked away without any injury. As for the car, it has suffered a major impact. On the front, the bumper, grille and bonnet have taken a hit. The front windscreen has been smashed completely. Also, the left side alloy has bended damaging the chassis as well.

This is the Kia Seltos HTX+ variant which comes with six airbags, front and rear parking sensors and rear parking camera. The other high-end safety tech comes on the GTX and GTX+ trims.

Prices of Kia Seltos start at Rs 9.89 Lakhs going up to Rs 17.29 Lakhs (ex-showroom). It comes with 1.5 Litre diesel and petrol engines and a 1.4 Litre T-GDI turbo-petrol engine. All three engines are paired with a 6-speed MT as standard but get their own automatic gearboxes as well.
